About the Department:

The Physics department started it journey with general subject in the year 1963 as one of the subject of Physical Science stream. Later on in the year 1996, Physics as a Hons. subject was introduced. The department has played a pivotal role in developing many quality physics graduates and are well established. The department continue to strive for providng best of learning environemnt for students.
